If you are on our Starting Out or More Traffic plans then by default your site uses a shared IP address for the server that your site is hosted on. In most use cases this is absolutely fine, but there might be a reason that you need a dedicated IP of your own.
If you do need a dedicated IP address for some reason, then just get in touch with our support team and we can sort that out for you quickly and easily,
Please be aware that there is an additional cost of €2.50 per month, per dedicated IP address.
